We attend the meeting, learn and understand your clients design objectives, add value by supporting your sales effort and quickly follow up with a comprehensive financial summary which estimates the overall cost to implement your prospective buyer's plans. We of course provide this service free of charge as it is business development on our part and a fact I'm sure you can appreciate. In addition to over fifty master trade professionals that work exclusively for Hudson Home, we also have three architects (with our lead architect coming from long engagements at both Marvin Herman & Assoc. as well as LR Development), several interior designers and project managers. However, we also work with clients that already have established relationships with an architect or designer whereby we only provide construction and project management. In fact, architects often are most comfortable working with Hudson Home as all of our construction managers are also licensed architects. This is quite an upside especially when it comes to clear and concise communication.
