I hope this finds you well and enjoying our last warm weather weeks as we head into Fall. Summer was very busy for all of us at Hudson Home as we completed several important projects that included a 5,000sf combined residence at 1040 N. Lake Shore Drive, a beautiful 3,300sf sky-home at 950 N. Michigan Avenue and a stylish 1,700sf residence at 3470 N Lake Shore Drive. And just underway — a luxurious 7,000sf residence at 209 E Lake Shore Drive, a single family conversion of a historic greystone on Pine Grove in Lincoln Park and a magnificent renovation of a 3,000sf residence at 399 Fullerton Cooperative. All very exciting opportunities for Hudson Home.
